An adventurous former volunteer has recently
completed a 510km cycle through south west
France - in aid of African Promise.

Cycling an average of 65km a day for just over
a week the trip took Rupert Wilkinson, 19, from
Le Penon north to Hourtin-Plage, and back again.

Rupert's tremendous efforts have raised over £1,000 to date, a
